Queer Black CinemaTM, NYC's Only Black LGBTQ Monthly film series was off the hook! I was totally surprise NY had such a series. Angel L. Brown the founder of Queer Black Cinema TM is so cool. She even have a film out call Desperate For Love. A Black Lesbian film that deals with dating and self esteem and loving oneself. I believe there is a pre release version you can get at http://www.desperateforlovethemovie.com. I am showing love here because one thing she said at the film festival that stood out was, " If we don't support our own images, who will".Go to http://www.queerblackcinema.com for more information on this film series. They are about to launch a film festival too. Get your films ready!
Peace,
Tanya
